Terms of Service
LeadMint is a sales CRM for property and services teams in India, operated by Wantrix Marketing LLP. These terms apply to every company that opens an account and to every person who signs in to it. Version 2026-10-18, in force from 18 October 2026.
1. The service
LeadMint collects enquiries from portal emails, website forms and Google Ads lead forms, routes them to your agents, and keeps the follow-ups, site visits, inventory, deals, bookings and payment dues for each one in a single place. We provide it as a hosted web application; you do not need to install or run anything.
We add and improve features continuously. If we remove a feature you depend on, we will say so inside the product before it goes.
2. Accounts and roles
Each company has one account, created by a company admin. Everybody else joins by invitation to a specific role.
- Company admin: billing, people, plans, regions, custom fields and lead sources.
- Sales manager: the whole pipeline, targets, attendance and reports for their teams.
- Agent: the leads assigned to them, their follow-ups, site visits and call logs.
- Marketing: lead sources, ad spend and reports.
One sign-in belongs to one person. Sharing a password between people is not allowed, because the audit log and the lead assignment both depend on knowing who did what. You are responsible for everything done through your sign-in; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
3. Your data stays yours
The company that opens the account owns the leads, contacts, activities, call logs, documents and reports in it. We store and process that data only to run the service for you, and we never sell it or use it to build any advertising profile.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 your company is the data fiduciary for the people whose details you enter, and LeadMint is your data processor. In plain terms: you decide what goes in and why, and we handle it on your instruction.
That makes consent your duty, not ours. Before you add a person and call, message or email them, you must have their consent to be contacted for that purpose, and you must honour TRAI’s DND registry and any withdrawal of consent. If a lead asks you to stop, stop. Do not upload lists you cannot show consent for.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use LeadMint to:
- send unsolicited bulk calls, SMS, WhatsApp or email, or anything that counts as spam;
- upload scraped, bought or otherwise third-party lists collected without the consent of the people on them;
- impersonate anybody, or record a call where the law requires consent you do not have;
- break into, overload or scrape the service, or test its security without our written agreement;
- resell or white-label the service without a separate agreement with us.
If we see use like this we may suspend the account immediately, and we will tell the company admin why.
5. Plans, trial and billing
New companies get a 5-day free trial for up to 10 users, with no card needed. The trial does not renew; at the end of it you choose a plan or the account stops.
After the trial, pricing is per user per month, billed monthly in advance, with 18% GST added. The per-user rate depends on the band of users you pick, and the band is shown in the product before you confirm. Payments are collected through Razorpay; we do not see or store your card number.
Adding a user mid-cycle is charged pro rata. Removing a user frees the seat from the next cycle. GST invoices are available to the company admin in Settings, Billing.
6. Non-payment
If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date we send reminders to the company admin. If it is still unpaid we put the account into a read-only lock: everybody can sign in, read and export everything, but nothing new can be created or edited. We do not delete anything at this stage.
Clearing the dues lifts the lock immediately.
7. Ending the account
You can close your account at any time from Settings, or by writing to us. There is no lock-in period and no exit fee. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
When an account is deleted we email the company admin a full export of the data first, then erase it, as described in the Privacy & Data Policy.
We may end an account on 30 days’ notice, or at once for the serious misuse listed in section 4. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep LeadMint available around the clock and we design for it, but no hosted service is perfect. Planned maintenance is announced in the product in advance and kept to low-traffic hours. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime credit; if you need one, talk to us about an enterprise agreement.
Support is by email on working days, in English and Hindi.
9. Liability
LeadMint is a tool. It does not promise any sale, any revenue or any business result, and it is not a substitute for your own legal, tax or compliance advice.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost goodwill or lost data beyond what we can restore from backup. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to settle the matter by writing to each other first.
11. Changes to these terms
Every version of these terms carries a date. The current version is 2026-10-18, in force from 18 October 2026.
If we change anything that affects your rights or your costs, we will tell the company admin inside the product and by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and ask them to accept the new version. Continuing to use the service after that date means the new version applies.
